Lydia's Blessing

Here is our sweet Lydia in her blessing dress. Poor girl has definitely gotten the 3rd child shaft when it comes to taking pictures. I'm pretty sure we took at least 60 pictures when Gracie was blessed ( you know... getting her ready, one with mom, one with dad, one with mom and dad, one with grandma and grandpa, one with everyone there, just the Smith's, just the Bennion's, standing, sitting, smiling ect.) but we actually had to put Lydia back into her dress at the end of the day just to get a picture of her...sorry baby girl:( Any how she looked so cute and the blessing was beautiful. We were also so glad that we were able to have so many family members attend (something else we didn't get a picture of!)

What a fancy looking dress! She looks like she could get married. She is just too cute, and already plumping up a little...I guess thats what a month or so will do to a baby. She looks beautiful Kennos, good job!

She really is so adorable! Don't feel bad about the picture thing, we didn't get one single one of Reese on her blessing day all by herself. I should put her back in it and snap a few pictures, but it's been a good 4 months so I don't think she'd fit!

She is so cute! I love the name Lydia. I just read your comment on Krista's blog about kids watching movies lately, don't feel bad. Poor Carter has gotten the shaft with Dylan being born in Dec., it seems like we can't go do anything. So if you have any good ideas for me also let me know. This is my first winter baby and I am starting to go stir crazy being in the house all the time! You have a beautiful family and hope you are doing great!

Kenna, she is seriously so cute, and it's not just because she's my niece, she is just a beautiful babe! I wish I could come over and we could play together, I really am making a list of things to do so we don't go crazy around here! We painted Halle's toenails and fingernails today, and Misti shared with me that we could do a pretend snowball fight inside with cotton balls, I think Tyler would especially go crazy over that one! Love ya!

Kenna, she is your twin! She looks so much like YOU. Her dress is darling, did you make it? She looks beautiful. I know what you mean about the picture shaft. I haven't even posted about Savannah's blessing yet. Maybe I'll do that now!

Oh, what a darling little baby!! You and Jake have some beautiful children. The grandma in me just wants to kiss Lydia behind her ear and smell her sweet baby smell! I've enjoyed reading your blog and getting a glimpse of your fun family life. Enjoy it 'cause it passes by fast! Love you, Aunt Mary

Kenna, You sweet little Lydia looks just like an angel. Wouldn't it be fun if we could all be at everyone's special family events like baby blessings, etc? Being able to peek in on your blog every now and then does give me a feeling of being a fly on the wall for just a moment, though! Your family is so darling!
